Hi, when you say you say you cleaned and checked TPS functions with a meter did that include rechecking the operating clearances with feeler gauges? I only ask because I chased around a low speed stalling problem for years before daring to disturb he TPS and check the settings. Once done all my problems went away. I also thought it absolutely had to be the IAC valve, but it wasn't.
