Yes, 195/65-15 tires will be fine. Being a popular size it keeps the prices down, which is a bonus, or you can get a better quality branded tire for not too much more. Michelin instead of a budget brand perhaps. Budget brands are surprisingly good now days but they usually drive well at the expense of higher wear rates. Not a problem if you only do a few thousands a year.
