Hello,

New seat belts are still available for around $126.00.

I regularly have some of the older Volvo retractable seat belts that are no longer available repaired, but they only replace the webbing and clean and lube the mechanisms. If the retractor mechanism is broken, they won't try to repair it unless it's something simple.

The charge is usually over $150.00 to reweb each seat belt.
