Update ii 200 1988

being an 88, i bet it's the harness. they like to rot where it crosses over the intake, leading to the injectors, coolant temp sensor, temp sender, etc.

look for power at the ecu from the relay w/key on. use a meter, not a test light. 8v can look good enough w/a light. here's the factory manual-
