Does anyone know where I can purchase NOS Valeo (Cibie) Yellow High Beams?

I would try eBay or similar sites.

Yellow headlights became illegal in France in 1993 unless you have an older car.

Personally, when I drove in France in the 60s, I found that I hated yellow headlights as I thought they caused me to have headaches.

I found a Cibie brochure on the web - no yellow headlights except on a car that appears to be an older rally car on the back cover.

when I had a Peugeot in the later 70s, it had those yellow high beams.
I thought they were great, esp on country roads.
The 4 lamp set had clear beams for the lows.

However the set wasn't "sealed Beam" which was against the Law in Maryland. I had to swap them out every time I had to go thru and inspection. The 'legal' sealed beams ----it was like wearing sunglasses at night compared to the Cibes....both on high and low.

I've still got them...no bulbs tho.
