93 940T---what is is worth? Think I want it... 900 93

This is a 120K car, second owner, new radiator @ 100K, new turbo @ 75 K, maintenance sounds good. Going to look tomorrow. It is white (my favorite in TX) with blue leather. Says $7K in the paper, so am wondering what the opinion on this is. Anything to the negative on this year?

I agree with the other guys, that's not a bad price for a clean, well-cared-for car. There are really no issues with '93- 940s - they're probably one of the most trouble-free models Volvo ever made.

Bought it today at what the guy owed on it, so am a few hundred under 7K. Feel I did well as it is a beaut and should take possession this week.

Thanks for the input----another turbo to toy with and my kid gets my 90 740 Turbo.

Thanks guys---just took it out and it is a beaut with 123K good service, synthetic oil, and maybe I can get him down a bit.

7K sounds ok but would need to be very clean. good tires, brakes,

ect, ect.... Hows the AC ?

Dick:

On paper it sounds great including the price. If you really like the car and it checks out OK, I bet you coudl talk them a little. My 92 745t (940 clone) has the same color combination. If you are in the Dallas area have Southwest Auto check it out. They offer a pre-buy inspection for 80 bucks.
