On paper it sounds great including the price. If you really like the car and it checks out OK, I bet you coudl talk them a little. My 92 745t (940 clone) has the same color combination. If you are in the Dallas area have Southwest Auto check it out. They offer a pre-buy inspection for 80 bucks.
