rattling 242 200 1975

My 75 242 has a loud rattle the noise sounds like its coming out of the torque converter.anyone know what it could be?

Cracked flex plate? You can see it by removing the alloy hoop under the bell housing and turning the flywheel.

is the flex plate part of the flywheel or torque converter or a part by it self? thanks
