I know the type you mean. Many moons ago, when I bought a new sony head unit it came with a 4" long adaptor lead to convert the 'standard' type antenna jack to the more modern small type. I beleive these adaptors are cheap abnd are easily obtainable at any car audio specialist...at least they are in the UK. Rich.
