Wheels and seat swap for 240 DL 200 1988

My wife's 1988 240DL has 240K on it, and I need to replace the front seats.

(I've already switched the drivers and passenger seat postitions.) I'd also like to put mag wheels on it. What seats will fit in it without much problem? I can make mods to the seat mounts if necessary. Any 240 seats are already 9 years old. Will the seats from a 940 fit? How about wheels that will swap? I'm open to any make or model that will fit and look good.

The 240 seats across the board should fit.

940 seats won't. Without some screwing around, at least.

As far as rims, you should be able to mount any RWD wheels from the 700/900 series, except the 95 and up 960. That goes for the 15 and 16 inch rims, although the sixteens might be pushing it for the 240.
