sagging suspension springs- 1990 240 non turbo

I really do need input on this spring issue. My car sags on one side. I guess the previous driver packed a lot o-girth, or something. Im really not sure how my car came to be "onesided". But I do know I want to set it right.

What do I do? Change the springs all the way round? Just change those on the sagging side? Should I go with a wrecker? Or is new better? Stock? Or something else?

This all assumes that the onesided buisness is the results of saggin springs.

Thanks

Which side is lower and by how much? Front or rear?

The drivers side is lower, by approx 3/4", front and back.

Thanks
