My 92 745T has a vibration at speed, above 70 mph or so. The car had bent wheels on it for a while. It now has four straight wheels that have been freshly balanced. There is still some vibration at speed although its not as bad as it was. What are some likely culprits or this annoyance?

I forgot to mention that the transmission clunks when shifted from park to drive. I don't know if that helps or if they all do that.
