Rear Bumper Rubber 82 244DL 200

My middle bumper strip is loose on the right. I looked under and it looks like phillips head screws holding the plate on. Right? Is it all one plate for the whole bumper? Any tricks to this? Thanks

You have the right idea - just loosen the phillips screws on the inside of the bumper. I think there are three rubber sections, one for the center rear, and one for each side. I would loosen all the phillips screws behind the pad you need to adjust. The screws hold on metal plates which clamp down on a rubber lip on the rubber pieces.

Not cement. It slides onto a bracket. It has pulled off. I just would like to know the easiest way.
