Hi all, its my first time on a 7 series forum, I am normally a 2 series owner, but a recent car accident took my baby away. Anyway, I found a nice 1986 760 turbo to bid on. What are some of the things I should look for? I'm somewhat familiar with the 240 and 140 series volvos but this is my first look at a 7 series turbo. Aren't they mechanically similar? What kind of price should I expect to pay? Where can I find specs for it also? thanks

Bid on, as in eBay (or its knockoffs?) If so, *please* be careful. It seems we're seeing a lot of queries directed to cars which have been purchased sight-unseen and problems unanticipated. Unless you can get it for peanuts, I'd stay away from an auction.
