Install a K cam. Check around at the classifieds section here or at turbobricks and you should find something available. There's an A cam and a K cam on ebay now, both starting at $50 each.

Find a 240 Turbo in a junkyard, get the exhaust, put it on your car (it's a 1/4" larger in diameter and only uses one muffler).

Again at a junkyard, find an electric fan from an old GM/Ford/etc. and install it in place of your clutch fan. See the turbobricks site for details of an electric fan conversion.

Also the 260 diesel exhaust system is 2 1/4" but has not cat. The front resonator is nothing more than a glass pack straight through muffler and is heavy. I replaced my resonater with a stright pipe when it rusted out. There is hardly any difference in the sound, but less back pressure and about 15 lbs lighter. My timing is advanced a few degerees on my B23F. No spark knock with 89 octane but some on acceleration with the 86 econojunk grade. This should make a little bit of a difference without spending a lot. Ben
