brake shudder from back 200 1979

bought a lovely 244gl from a bloke high on a hill. ok on light braking but any harder and I get a noisy shuddering corresponding with speed. Checked tightness of wheels + all rear susp nuts+bolts - all seem ok. Rubbers ...well? No pedal feedback from the vibe either. More noise than vibe too. Was very carefully cleaned up for sale - possible brake contamination? Any suggestions? Brakes and drives very well despite.

Check to see if a belt has seperater in the tire.
