The sunroof seal (the one that wraps around the sunroof panel) is not designed to be water tight. It is only supposed to discourage water from freely flowing into the gap between the panel and the roof, and also prevent wind noise. That being said, the sunroof seal leaks water (and is designed to do so).

There are 4 drains, one in each corner. The front 2 are easily accessible. I stick my air compressor nozzle in them and gently blow them out (with about 10 psi). The rear 2 are not accessible at the sunroof end, but the drain tubes are in the trunk, near the trunk shocks. You can remove the tubes from the drain thingy on the end and suck out the crud with a shop vac.

At least that's how I do it :-) On second thought, it might take 10 or 15 minutes.
