Door Wood Trim Removal 900 1992

I have pulled of one of the door wood trim panels on the rear driver side because it was chipping off. I want to replace it with black leather. The wood panel just pulled right off and there was glue behind it. I was surprised that there was no clips to hold it in place. Now the trouble is that there are three more and they are very well glued in place. Any suggestions on how to take them off without damaging the wood frame?

Any sugestions on where I could by the wood door panels?

There is a sound coming from my tensioner on the belt like its shaking, is this normal? Seems like there is nothing shaking visually. 92 960.

As for replacing the wood...there was some discussion on the board a while back about one of the aftermarket suppliers being of very high quality. Maybe someone can chime in with the specific supplier. My 960 wasn't ordered with wood (my Mom thought the OEM faux-wood looked cheesy) so I can't really help you with how to get it off.

As for the tensioner...the bearing is probably going bad. Mine makes a rattling noise and shakes b/c the bearing is worn out, resulting in the pully wobbling. It also does this weird thing where it moves off center... It's done this for about 40K miles and I keep half expecting it to just fail one day. But, the tensioner is wicked expensive and mine keeps going so I just make sure it's not too bad and leave it alone.
