Door Wood Trim Removal 900 1992

I have pulled of one of the door wood trim panels on the rear driver side because it was chipping off. I want to replace it with black leather. The wood panel just pulled right off and there was glue behind it. I was surprised that there was no clips to hold it in place. Now the trouble is that there are three more and they are very well glued in place. Any suggestions on how to take them off without damaging the wood frame?

Any sugestions on where I could by the wood door panels?

There is a sound coming from my tensioner on the belt like its shaking, is this normal? Seems like there is nothing shaking visually. 92 960.
