Need Overloaded rear springs..92 960 900

I was wondering if any brickers know where i can get cheap overloaded springs for the rear? I have seen many 92-94 960 with the same problem. Is it a desing problem or just bad springs. Should i replace the dampeners also? with what and how much would it cost?

Is this a sedan or wagon? Wagons, of course have nivomats and are exceptional shocks, in my opinion. I would suspect that it is not a design problem since it is based on other 900 series. And what draws you to the conclusion that it has poor rear suspension? Just curious...
