Ignition cylinder removal 200 1987

My son lost his only keys to his 87 240 Volvo. We had the dealer cut a new ignition key with the VIN#. Didn't work. Took the passenger door lock out and had a key cut from that. Locks doors fine but won't turn the ignition. We are down to the removal of the ignition cylinder but can't figure out how it comes out of the dash. Any insight? All wires are disconnected to the cylinder..
