84 240 DL fuel regulator problem

I have a 1984 240 DL with the B23F engine. It starts and idles fine, but will not run until it has warmed up for 10 minutes. It appears to be a fuel pressure regulator problem. Any help on diagnosing this would be appreciated.

I'd guess you'd need a fuel pressure gauge and a set of specs for this. But why would the fuel pressure regulator affect the warm up....unless it's running kinda lean all the time, which can be checked.
I'd look at the temp sensor which gives engine temp to the ECU, seems this could affect the warm up.........

You are probably correct. I replaced my FPR with no change in the symptoms. Soon I will replace the ECT.
