power window passenger side... 200 1990

the window in the passenger side made a snapping sound and now the window just falls without warning. the motor still works but isnt connected to the window, any advice?

You will have to take the door panel off and have a look, it could be several things. My guess would be that the metal bracket on the bottom of the window that connects it to the window regulator has separated from the window. I think it is actually glued to the window. I have had this happen. I got a junk window instead of trying to re attach the bracket.
