Thanks for all of your help. I'm getting a Volvo wiring harness including labor for 470.00. I'm very happy that I shopped around and thanks to this wonderful knowledgeable group for all of your help.

Wow, that's quite a good deal. Does that include a new or used harness?

One of these days you should really get your hands dirty. I'm in the middle of pulling the head on my 85. I'm actually quite amazed at how easy it is. Sure lots of brute force is needed, but it's hardly back breaking work.
