Need help: Power Steering Hoses/Banjo Bolts 200

My remanufactured steering rack for my '84 245 DL came with bolt holes for the hoses that were not the same as on my original rack. On my original rack, the return hose used a banjo bolt with a 21mm head to attach to the rack, and the pressure hose used a slightly smaller banjo bolt (19mm). On my reman. rack, both bolt holes fit the larger bolt. I need to know if any year/model Volvos actually used the larger banjo bolt/hose for the pressure line. If so, I can get that hose and just use it, otherwise I will have to replace the rack again, and I would definitely prefer not to. So if your pressure hose attaches to your steering rack with a banjo bolt with a 21mm head (instead of a 19mm like my original one), please chime in with your year and model and wether or not you have air conditioning (I'm told that the hoses may be different for cars with air conditioning). Thanks!

Sorry, Tim, all I've ever seen had 19 and 21 (22 actually I beleive) with air: '79, '83, '84 w/ ZF racks.

The larger bolt may have been a 22mm, but I don't have the car or bolt nearby to check. My rack is CAM gear style, BTW. Thanks for your input!

Anyone else?

If you take your banjo bolt to your local hydraulic specialists they may be able to match it up. Most of these bolts are fact standard hydraulic parts as are the banjo fittings. They can also fit new ends to your lines or make up new hoses.

If nobody comes up with the right hose, I may just do that. Or I may order a new return hose and bolt and swap the fitting from the return hose onto the old pressure hose.
