My remanufactured steering rack for my '84 245 DL came with bolt holes for the hoses that were not the same as on my original rack. On my original rack, the return hose used a banjo bolt with a 21mm head to attach to the rack, and the pressure hose used a slightly smaller banjo bolt (19mm). On my reman. rack, both bolt holes fit the larger bolt. I need to know if any year/model Volvos actually used the larger banjo bolt/hose for the pressure line. If so, I can get that hose and just use it, otherwise I will have to replace the rack again, and I would definitely prefer not to. So if your pressure hose attaches to your steering rack with a banjo bolt with a 21mm head (instead of a 19mm like my original one), please chime in with your year and model and wether or not you have air conditioning (I'm told that the hoses may be different for cars with air conditioning). Thanks!
