First question is where do you buy it? The crankshaft position sensor is costly from Volvo but I hear people buying it for 26 bucks. Can it be had at that price locally? Advance Auto has it for $40. I'll check NAPA later today.

Don't settle for anything less than OEM. It isn't worth it in the long run. Don't buy cheapy aftermarket sensors. Bad idea.

I ordered one from www.volvopartstore.com , price was good don't remember ....
hopefully get it this week ...(reference sensor ),good luck...
