85' 240 Ignition problem due to Ignition wiring hanress. 200 1985

Guys

Did anyone had any weak spark/no spark problem that were due to a faulty ignition module wiring harness. I read a post from a person claiming that if you unplug with wiring from the ignition module then you have to get a new harness. It this true? Can I just order and Install the metal pin sleeves that Volvo sells.

Just unplug it and plug it back in.
