Rattling brake pad 700

The brake pad on my right front wheel rattles a lot when going over bumps.
It looks like it sits completly loose with nothing holding it away from the "disc".

How do I fix this? What parts should I buy? Do I need special equipment.

Will I damage anything if I keep driving like this till spring?

On a side note: All of the lugs on the left front wheel are stuck. Any good tricks to use when loosening them?

stuck lugs? soak them every day for a week with PB penetrating spray and then use a breaker bar.

The rattle is caused by a broken spring on a brake pad; changing the pad is the best solution.
It won't hurt anything in the meantime.
Good luck with the lug nuts; possibly heating them with a torch would help.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm going to postpone this until it gets warmer, or I can get into a heated garage.
