Anybody know what the colour coding is for the plug in the left wheel well for the towbar wiring?

Car is a '93 940 2 litre SE turbo wagon.

It looks like it's intended for a 13 pin Euro set up, not a 7 pin that is used in the UK.

I'll answer it meself then having figured it out, just in case anybody else wants to know. The car has a ten pin plug in the left rear wheel well.

I'm now all set to go and collect my Citroen 2CV

1 is Green LH indicator
2 is Purple & white Rear fog lights
3 is Black, earth
4 is Blue, RH indicator
5 is Grey RH side lights and No plate
6 is Yellow and white Brake lights
7 is white LH side lights
8 is Black and grey Reversing lights
9 is Black and White Constant live
10 is Blue and Grey Ignition switched live

I just realized that I had the installation manual in my wheel well. I believe that information is in there. Sorry I was so slow on the uptake... Do you want me to look at it to verify or check out anything else? ...it is for a 97-98 V90 that are prewired to the rear. My understanding is that earlier ones (before 95) were not....I know my 92 was not.

No its OK I've woked it out. I was merely feeling lazy. My '93 had the plug on the loom in the back, though apparently not all of them have it. Saved me from by-passing the bulb failure sensor.

There may be an adapter you can purchase. There's one for the US market.
