Does anyone know where I can by a remote control for the locks at a reasonable price? That may be a retorical question.

I don't know about your present problem, but Voluparts in ATL is a pretty good source for parts and knowledge.

I am sure that most of the larger car accessory shops in the States do one of those kits. I know where you can buy on in the UK. Also, you could try eBay.

I presume you mean a whole kit as opposed to a replacement zipper thingy for a Volvo guard alarm.

Do you know which one you need? (What it looks like) Most of the sellers post a picture so you can judge as to the proper one. All the remotes are set to a unique code and your car "learns" the code following the programing procedure.

I think the procedure is in the archives or the FAQs.
