Hi board,

I was expecting problems but it was very straight foward. But then, when you're read the brickboard, things have a way of becoming straight foward.

One interesting thing: I ordered my motor mounts from autohausAZ. They claim to have OE at the lowest prices. They're ordering page said that I would get mounts made by" Karlyn/Meyle. I expected to see something with one of those names on it. However, what i got was wrapped in a plastic wrapper. On the wrapper was a sticker that said something about "german manufactoring" "Volvo parts". On the part itself there are no markings whatsoever! Who made em, and whats going on?

The mounts that came off the car had "made in sweden" etched in the rubber.

Can anybody shed light on this.

"OE", you should know, comes only from the dealer. Everybody else sells aftermarket. Some of the aftermarket goods comes from the same suppliers as OEM but most is fairly generic. Meyle is a German brand, as is Febi-Bilstein, of motor mount.
