Front Bushings 92 240 Turbo Wagon 700 1992

Greetings,
In the process of doing the struts up front, I thought I'd do the bushings too. (I'll post pics of the radius arm / control arm bushings. Totally shot). The bushings at the back of the radius and control arms though, has anyone swapped those out? If so, any tricks/techniques to them?

I'm also doing the ball joints. Boots on both of them were split. And the left strut mount. Yours truly wasn't paying attention, the spring let go and catapulted the mount away, and more to the point, all the ball bearings. Not one of my better moments. Oh well.

Barra

Ditto SteveSC. I did mine in an auto hobby shop at a nearby military base, had the right equipment and they were still a VLPIA. Take them to a shop if you can.

If you are going to change these bushing yourself make sure you have a pnematic hammer, they are a real pain. I recommned you take the arms to a shop and have them do it for you, I've done many and they are really "fun" with the proper tools, without them I woukdn't even try.
