wheel mounting 700

hi. i have a set of borbet type Es and i need to remove the guide pin on the hub in order to put the new wheels on, do these turn out, pull out etc, how do i go about this, i realize they will probably be pretty toughto get out as they are probably rusted and corroded

Are you talking about the small post to align your wheels to the hub? If so it's my understanding that it's there so you can put the wheel back on and not have to rebalance the tire. If you are putting new wheels and tires on anyway than its a dead issue.

Why not just Dremel them off if they're stuck. You could mark the tires with a permanent marker and do the same thing if you need to remove them for brake or suspension work.

They unscrew. It's just a bolt. Should have a 10mm hex on it, but if it's rusty, use vise grips or whatever's convenient.
A regular M6x12 or similar short bolt is a good replacement. It's not essential that you use any bolt but it makes assembling the brakes easier. If one of these pins breaks off when you're removing it, it's no big deal. The car will be fine without it. They usually come out fine.

They screw in/out.
