Wi[per wash and horns non-op 700

my windshield washer and horns are no operational. i noticed they are sharing the fuse and replaced it even though it looked fine. the connections seem okay but i would like some direction for figuring this out. i have a multimeter but i don't know how to use it that well. i need to get them working so i can pass inspection

With both horn and wipers not working it probably is the 25 amp fuse. Mine had a phone on this fuse and when I disconnected the wire, including the copper tab that wound around the bottom of the fuse, horn and wipers would not work unless I pushed the fuse down. Fortunately, my 780 has a box I can reach while driving. Comes in handy. Turn your wipers on, motor on, and pull the fuse and put it back in, hard!

i put in a new 25 amp fuse and shoved it hard in . no horn or washer still.

i manuevered it around and it had no effect. the fuse is a little loose in the fuse holder. any other ideas?

I have not done this yet, but I will need to remove the fuse holder and crimp the bottom of fuse holder. I am just putting off disconnecting the battery and reprogramming the radio. The fuse should not be loose in the slot. Try wrapping each end with a thin piece of copper, up/down on the copper pins and sliding the fuse back in.

here is something else. when i pulled the fuse the wipers would not work at all. so this says to me it is getting power, right? i am bad at the electrical stuff. i am going to take a better look at the horn wiring and washer ones as well
