Changing out speedometer 200 1992

Hi, I had made a previous post about my rear axle,here(http://brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=812992).
After reading a response I think that the easiest thing (maybe), would be to change out the speedometer. Question is, is this a hard procedure?
Any pointers on what i may need to do this would help. Thanks.

Changing out speedometer 200 1992

Easy. Pull off the dimmer knob on left, lightly pry off cover plates on right with small screw driver blade (if you have guages there pop off the guage bezels), and lightly pry out dimmer cover plate with small screw driver. Now you will see for philips head screw at each corner of the speedo. Remove them.

There is not much clearance to remove the speedometer over the steering column, so straighten the steering wheel. Now pull out the speedometer enough so that you can reach behind and pull off the wiring connectors. There are three single wires with a tab connectors that can be mistakenly put in the wrong place, so write down there location so you get them back in the right place. The remaining 3 connectors are unique and cannot be put but on their own connectors. Now pull the speedometer out over the steering column until you can slide it to the left or right.

That's it.
