87 760 turbo. Had the ac checked and it is charged but doesn't blow cold. Heater works fine, just takes a while to come on. Would this be the programmer, or the control in the dash? If it is the programmer, is it easy to replace and where is it? TIA, Bob

    the control in the dash is the programmer. make sure you have power on the green(red tracer?) wire at the switch on the accumulator. if not, check the fuses and the ac delay relay behind the glove box. good luck, chuck.
