1990 240 front end shudder 200

My 240 shudders a lot when going over the zebra stripes at the toll booths.I have new ball joints, tie rods, all new front end bushings,IPD sway bars,Bilstien HD all around. My steering wheel bounces around so much it makes my hand numb. When I look at the other drivers their steering wheel isn't bouncing up and down. What gives? Tire pressure is good.Wheels are balanced. This weekend I'll check wheel bearing play.I did not replace the stabalizer links.Should I?Does anyone else have a bumpy front end?Is this a 240 trait?Any ideas? TIA
Nelson

Did you replace the inner tie rods? I found that was my problem...
