weber carb 32-36 dgv jetting 140-160 1968

I was hoping somebody might no the proper order in which the air corrector jets for the weber 32-36 go. I am thinking the larger of the two should go in the primary circuit. The jets that came with it are 180 and 165 with F50 and F6 emulsion tubes, and 140 135 main jets, but I'm not quite sure how it came from the factory. Right now their is a bit of a hesitation during mid-high range acceleration. I'd appreciate any advice

Thanks, Chris

Misab have some jetting recommendations that are very good place to start.

DGV stock settings (primary/ secondary):

140/ 135 main
F50/ F6 emulsion tube
165/ 160 air correction
55/ 50 idle

Can't say if this is optimal for your particular application, for instance the settings on my Amazon wagon (B18/ stock exhaust/ DGEV electric choke) are:

140/ 140 main
165/ 160 air correction
65/ 50 idle

Settings on my Amazon sedan are totally different, mainly because I modified the DGV with a "performance jetting kit" purchased from speed shop in S California. Using this jetting requires minor modification to carb body, or it won't work!

Following jets were suggested for B20/ 2.25 exhaust/ DGV manual choke:

155/ 190 main
150/ 160 air correction
65/ 60 idle

Perhaps you should have a look on this: www.volvofiel.tk
He replaced the 32-36 by a couple of 45DCOE's and got 160 bhp (with some other mods of course).
