New Speakers 900

I'm planning on replacing the old factory speakers. The doors and dash shouldn't be that hard to do. I don't have the rear deck speakers (6x9), but the cut-outs are there. Is there an ez way of getting wires there? Should they come from the rear doors?

Can the dash speakers be replaced? They are molded on the cover.

rubberised door trim material was covering opening. after trimming material I
