Ok I got the code from the dealer as per my last post. The radio originally had "CODE E" showing on the display. After being an idiot and just pushing buttons I now get an "EEE" on the display.. The dealer tells me to leave the ignition on the first postiton, letting the radio be on, for about 2 hours and it will reset itself then I enter the code and it should be ok , if not I push AUT and then start over..Am I dreaming or what>>?? Can anyone please tell me teh correct way to do this.. Do I disconnect the battery?? Sounds solid but I have no idea.. HELP!!!.....:)Max

The same thing happened to me. Yes, the dealer is right. I had to leave my car 'on' for a couple of hours to have the radio 'reset' itself because I kept fiddling around w/it before I got the correct code. After I let it sit for about 3 hours, I entered my code & the radio started working again. I know it's annoying, but that's what you have to do. Glad I could help somebody out on here for a change! :o)

Dealer is right, do not diss the bat that is what generates the theft code in the radio.
