what routine service should I have done??? 200 1988

I had the full 120k service done on our 88 automatic 240 wagon about 10-15k miles and 2.75 years ago with only regular oil changes/safety checks since then. Car is running like a top. I was thinking maybe a tranny and radiator flush, and rotating the tires. We're getting that clunk in back so I'll ask them to check the rear bushings. Anything else?

Brake fluid bleed is recommended every two to three years. Air filter OK? Front tires wearing evenly and steering is straight (no need for a wheel alignment)?
