The dealer wanted $39 for the individual drivers window switch. Is there another dealer with a better price or another source to buy the switch from? I have cleaned it up but it quits working after awhile. Guess it is time to buy a new one.

I just bought a set of 4 from the drivers door at a U-Pic for $11. I paid $5 last time; but I needed the 4 pin not the newer 5 pin switches and they are harder to find.
PS all 4 worked.

The same happened to me. Clean out the carbon and it works a few times.

I bought a set of window switches on ebay for about the same price I would have paid at a junk yard. On a ’95 940 and probably the 960, the drivers side window switches are lighted and I did not want to give that up nor pay the dealers price. I just changed out the teeter totter contacts and hoped for the best. After 5 months it is still working.
