With all the talk about window seals i took a look at mine. then i ripped up the five to six layers of covering that was on the floor. there was black polyester type stuff as a top, then random layers of cloth and towel. on the foot areas for passenger and driver i found big pieces of pink shag carpet, soaked with water. then in the foot areas in the rear, i found actual rubber welcome mats. over the spot where it was rusted through i found a aluminum plaque that was some type of award.

now it is ovious that i need new floorboards. where can i find them? i havent looked yet, just thought id throw that in while im telling my depressing finds.

i hope you all have better coverings. Oh yeah, where can i get replacement floor carpet and soundproofing?
