Nissens Radiator S90-V90

Got the new radiator in, lined up great. Biggest PITA was the bottom hose clamp.

About the fan's wire loom...It doesn't seem long enough to completely lift the fan out. I removed the fan's screws and and moved against the TB cover while installing the radiator. Does the fan need to be unplugged from the relay to lift completely out, or, is there some other way?

Thanks, Bob W.

to remove the fan you have to unplug it from the relay. The relay can be removed for easlier unplug, just slide it off a the piece of metal it's clamped to. You also have to unbolt the ground

How does this rad compare to oem part? Is it all metal? Interested in it for the reason, to maybe have to get one for the 97 model. Oh Yeah ,how much?
Thanks

It's just like the OEM (Blackstone), plastic sides. The tranny lines lined up perfectly...FCP - $205.

I replaced my radiator with the Nissens about two years ago. Could not tell the difference between it and the oem. As for the fan, it would not come out completely, but moved out of the way enough to service the radiator. I never saw any convenient way of unplugging it to remove it completely.
