Front strut housing for '82 240 200 1982

Hello,
I am the new owner of a 1982 240 that needs both front strut housings replaced because they have practically rusted away. I have been looking for the parts online, but am confused. Does anyone know what the strut 'housing' specifically is? Is it the strut seat of maybe the bushing?
