I'm at the point of pulling my hair out, and the shop is backed up due to the holiday weekend, so hopefully I can get something worked out here. As I stated a few days ago, http://brickboard.com/RWD/volvo-999593.html , I was having warm-start difficulties with my brick, which have now morphed into no-start difficulties. To recap, here's what I've cleaned, examined or replaced:
RPM Sensor replaced
ECT Sensor replaced
Fuel Injection Relay resoldered (clicks on and off with ignition application)
Fuel Injector seals replaced (car runs noticably poorer with any injector plug removed)
Throttle body cleaned & gasked replaced
IAC cleaned and tested
TPS adjusted
Air hose between AMM and throttle body replaced
Intake manifold gasket replaced
Air Filter replaced
O2 sensor voltage checked (fluxuated between 0.1 and 1.0v)
25amp fuse checked
Fuel Pressure Regulator - no fuel out the front, and decent flow on the return line
Bottle of Techron run through the system on a low tank
New plug wires
New bosch cap & plugs, <5k miles, no cracks detected in cap
OBD codes being thrown are 2-3-2 & 2-3-1
The plugs look good to slightly rich when I pull them. They do not appear to be wet after cranking and trying to start the car. The engine does turn over and will sound like it's almost going to start but won't catch. I've jumpered between fuses 4 & 6 and hear the pumps run, but again, it won't catch if I try to start it at the same time.
Things I haven't checked, I suppose, are:
Cold start injector
my sanity
EGR valve
ECU
I'm not sure where else to look or if I've overlooked something else or what. Help!
