Repost computer trouble 200 1989

OK I went through the car today and this is what I found.
The pink label 561 is a dead unit. The guy that gave my wife the car got ripped off from that shop he took it to. He was sold new fuel pumps both front and rear and neither were replaced. The filter in the fuel tank was black and torn.
They did replace the 25 AMP fuse on the drivers fender with a water tight unit
the crank sensor was replaced.I switched the fuel relay with 3 others that I have still no luck. I then check for power from the 25 AMP fuse to the relay and that is there. I jumped #4 to #6 fuses and the car started up. I called the Volvo junk yard here in town and tryed to get a #951 computer and he just said good luck, and if he had one it would sell for $200.00 Does anyone know of a place that will repair this computer and what is the cost. The computer that is in the car now is from the junk yard.
Thanks
Rodney
