ATF Fluid 200 1981

I have an '81 245. My AT filter is clogged, so I am going to change it and the fluid. However, the vehicle calls for ATF type F or G (FLM). What fluid can I get at the store that will work. The NAPA crew sent me home with some Type FA...is that going to work? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
