air flow a/c question

my a/c blows fine for a while with new motor, but after about 15 minutes the passenger side flow slows down a lot. if i close the 2 driver side vents it starts blowing hard on the passenger side again. if i close the passenger side it starts blowing hard back on the drivers side etc.etc. what can i do to fix this so that all 4 blow equally?? any ideas?
